As part of its ongoing commitment to preparing future leaders in the construction sector, PT Cipta Dimensi Baja Nusantara has officially opened the Cipta Management Trainee Program (CMTP) Batch 11. This talent development initiative is designed to equip participants with strong competencies, solid integrity, and adaptive capabilities to navigate the continuously evolving construction industry.

The selection process for CMTP Batch 11 is carried out in two stages. The first stage is conducted online, covering the initial screening and assessment of basic competencies. The second stage is held offline at the Head Office of PT Cipta Dimensi Baja Nusantara, serving as an advanced evaluation to assess the candidates’ technical abilities, mental readiness, and leadership potential.
